Note, some “UK suppliers” are only importers of equipment and often don’t have the local expertise or spare parts on hand when you really need it (Beware some go to considerable lengths to disguise this fact).
If you’re based outside the UK rest assure, we have over 40 years’ experience of supplying and supporting overseas customers and you can be assured that all of our equipment is made here in the UK to the highest “Made in Britain” standards that have been revered for decades.

We have many, many machines still out in the field that are over 30 years old. When you buy from Universal, you can have the confidence you’re making a great long-term investment in your future. Most of our machined components are made in house and our equipment is 100% built at our factory here in the UK to our own exacting standards. 94% of our customers rate our equipment either 5 or 4 star (* from our customer half yearly satisfaction surveys from 2018 to date).
